Common use of Basic Carrying Costs Clause in Contracts

Basic Carrying Costs. Borrower shall have paid or deposited into an applicable reserve fund all (i) accrued but unpaid Insurance Premiums, (ii) currently due Taxes (including any in arrears) and (iii) currently due Other Charges, which amounts shall be funded with proceeds of the Loan.
