Basic Carrying Costs. Borrowers shall have paid or cause to be paid all Basic Carrying Costs relating to the Properties which are in arrears, including without limitation, (a) accrued but unpaid Insurance Premiums, (b) any delinquent Taxes and (c) currently due Other Charges.
