Common use of Basic Carrying Costs Clause in Contracts

Basic Carrying Costs. Borrower shall have paid all Basic Carrying Costs relating to the Property which is due and payable through the Closing Date, including, without limitation, all Impositions relating to Borrower or the Property, which amounts may be funded with proceeds of the Loan.
