Common use of Basic Carrying Costs Clause in Contracts

Basic Carrying Costs. Borrower shall have paid all Basic Carrying Costs relating to each of its Properties which are due and payable through the Closing Date, including, without limitation, all Impositions relating to each of the Borrowers or the Individual Properties, which amounts may be funded with proceeds of the Loan.
