Common use of BASIC EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

BASIC EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT. Subject to the terms and pursuant to the -------------------------- conditions hereinafter set forth, Employer hereby continues to employ Employee during the Term to serve in a managerial or executive capacity, under a title and with such duties not inconsistent with those set forth in Section 4 of this Agreement.
