BASIC LEASE INFORMATION AND CERTAIN DEFINITIONS. Section 1.1 Each reference in this Lease to information and definitions contained in the Basic Lease Information and Certain Definitions and each use of the terms capitalized and defined in this Section 1.1 shall be deemed to refer to, and shall have the respective meaning set forth in, this Section 1.1.
BASIC LEASE INFORMATION AND CERTAIN DEFINITIONS. 1.1 The Basic Lease Information is made a part of this Lease, but the provisions of this Lease addressing such matters in detail shall control over any inconsistent provisions in the Basic Lease Information. All terms capitalized but not otherwise defined herein shall have the respective meanings given to them in the Basic Lease Information or Schedule 1.1 attached hereto.
BASIC LEASE INFORMATION AND CERTAIN DEFINITIONS. Section 1.1. Each of the terms capitalized and defined in this Section shall have the indicated meaning.
A. Premises: Approximately 13,115 rentable square feet (the "Premises RSF") on the sixth (6th) floor of the Building, as approximately depicted on the floor plan attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
B. Building: The building known as 400 NorthWinds Center West, 11605 Haynes Bridge Road, ▇▇▇▇▇▇et▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇,, containing approximately 146,800 rentable square feet (the "Building RSF").

(a) Shopping Center: The Shops at Fair Lakes, located in Fairfax County, Virginia and being shown generally on Exhibit “A”.
(b) Premises: 12735 Shops Lane, containing approximately Three Thousand Eight Hundred Eighteen (3,818) square feet of Floor Area and being on Exhibit “A” as the cross-hatched area.
(c) Permitted Name: Alliance Bank
(d) Permitted Use: Operation of a full-service banking institution [including walk-up Automatic Teller Machines], and for no other purpose.
(e) Primary Term: Ten (10) years commencing on the Commencement Date (as defined in Section 2.02).
(f) Option Term: Two (2) option term(s) of Five (5) years each, subject to Section 2.03 below.
