Basic Messaging Sample Clauses

The Basic Messaging clause establishes the fundamental rules and expectations for communication between parties under an agreement. It typically outlines acceptable methods of sending messages, such as email or written notice, and may specify required contact information or procedures for confirming receipt. By clearly defining how official communications should occur, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures that important information is reliably exchanged between the parties.
