Basic Rent; Rent Adjustment. (i) Basic Rent shall be paid by LESSEE to LESSOR in respect of the Aircraft, in advance, commencing on the First Basic Rent Date and continuing on the corresponding date in each consecutive month during the remainder of the Term. Basic Rent shall be payable in the amount set forth on the Lease Supplement, subject to the Rent Adjustment as set forth therein.
