Basic salary in 2020. The basic salary is the monthly salary resulting from the application of the scales set out in the present agreement and the salary increases stated herein. The basic salary is exclusive of the loyalty bonus and the training allowance. The basic salary as defined above constitutes the basis of calculation for the 13th month allowance and for overtime hours payments. The calculation of the reference salary mass is made on the basis of the salary of the employees in December of the relevant year for employees still employed on 1 January of the following year. The reference salary mass is the sum of all the basic salary of employees covered by the present agreement.
