Basic Services Fee. 4.1.1 The stipulated Not-to-Exceed Fee that shall be paid to the Construction Manager for providing all the services set forth in Article 1 shall be $ ( Dollars) or % of the total Construction Cost, whichever amount is less (the “Basic Services Fee”).
