Basic Site Sublease Term. The term of the foregoing sublease to the Ground Sublessee shall commence on the Closing Date and shall terminate at 11:59 p.m. (New York City time) on the Expiration Date (the "Basic Site Sublease Term"), subject to early termination in whole or in part pursuant to Section 4.5 hereof and renewal pursuant to Section 4.3 hereof.
