Basic Site Sublease Term. The term of the foregoing sublease to the Ground Sublessee shall commence on the Closing Date and shall terminate at 11:59 p.m. (New York City time) on the Expiration Date (the "Basic Site ---------- Sublease Term"), subject to early termination in whole or in part pursuant to ------------- Section 2.5 hereof and renewal pursuant to Section 2.3 hereof.
