Basic statements. A. Responsibility for all actions performed using the Customer's Login and Password, either by himself or by other legal individual, lies entirely with the Customer. The Customer must ensure the confidentiality of the password(s) assigned to him. The Customer is fully responsible for all actions performed using their Login and Password.
