Common use of Basis for Covenants Clause in Contracts

Basis for Covenants. The covenants of Sections 9.2, 9.3 and 9.4 (the "Covenants") are a material part of this Agreement and are an integral part of the obligations of the Seller hereunder; the Covenants are supported by good and adequate consideration; and the Covenants are reasonable and necessary to protect the legitimate business interests of the Company and Buyer.

Basis for Covenants. The covenants of Sections 9.213.2, 9.3 13.3, 13.4 and 9.4 13.5 (the "“Covenants"”) are a material part of this Agreement and are an integral part of the obligations of the Seller hereunder; , the Covenants are supported by good and adequate consideration; consideration and the Covenants are reasonable and necessary to protect the legitimate business interests of the Company Buyer and BuyerEncore.

Basis for Covenants. The covenants of Sections 9.211.2, 9.3 11.3 and 9.4 11.4 (the "Covenants") are a material part of this Agreement and are an integral part of the obligations of the Seller Sellers hereunder; the Covenants are supported by good and adequate consideration; and the Covenants are reasonable and necessary to protect the legitimate business interests of the Company and BuyerNCO Companies.

The covenants of Sections 9.28.2, 9.3 8.3, 8.4 and 9.4 8.5 (the "Covenants") are a material part of this Agreement and are an integral part of the obligations of the Seller Sellers hereunder; the Covenants are supported by good and adequate consideration; and the Covenants are reasonable and necessary to protect the legitimate business interests of the Company and BuyerNCO Companies.
