Basis for Sanctions and Availability of Relevant Documents. Appropriate sanctions less than termination may be imposed on an Employee for violation of employment obligations contained in Board or University policy, rules, or regulations or in this Agreement. The Board/University shall make all applicable policies, rules, and regulations available on the GSU website and give a hard copy to the UPI Chapter President. No Employee shall be sanctioned for a violation of these policies, rules, or regulations until they are made available on the GSU website and available to the GSU UPI Chapter President.
