Basis of Cession. The reinsurance provided by this Quota Share Reinsurance Agreement applies gross disregarding any reinsurance with Third Party Reinsurers. All Terminated Reinsurance Contracts shall inure to the benefit of the Reinsurer. All Existing Reinsurance Contracts shall inure to the benefit of the Reinsurer with respect to Pre-Effective Date Losses and shall inure to the benefit of the Cedent with respect to Post-Effective Date Losses.
