Basis of Provisional Allotment. The Rights cum Warrants Issue is proposed to be made on a renounceable non-underwritten basis to the Entitled Shareholders (as defined below), on the basis of three (3) Rights Shares for every one (1) existing Share held by the Shareholders as at the Books Closure Date, fractional entitlements to be disregarded, with one (1) Warrant for every one (1) Rights Share subscribed. Based on the Company’s issued and paid-up share capital of 139,407,200 Shares as at the date of this announcement, the Company will issue up to 418,221,600 Rights Shares with 418,221,600 free Warrants.
