Batch Hot Cut Scheduling Tool Availability. To the extent that there is a systems failure that exceeds forty-eight (48) hours and creates an inability to request a Batch Hot Cut, Qwest will work in good faith with CLEC to develop a negotiated settlement with respect to the cost difference between the Qwest QPP™ monthly recurring charge (MRC) and the Unbundled Loop MRC times the number of days that CLEC was unable to order a Batch Hot Cut. Settlement discussions would be initiated upon the written request of CLEC.
