Battery Charging Area. The battery charging area will be provided with a dedicated exhaust system designed to meet IFC 608 requirements. This exhaust system will be tied to a make-up air unit which will provide adequate fresh air the area to ensure hydrogen out-gassing is maintained below hazardous levels. Compressor and liquid waste rooms systems shall be in compliance with IFC 57 requirements including quantities and categories stored. Laundry rooms will be provided with cascaded Class 1 or 2 air for dryer makeup. No air will be returned from laundry rooms.
