Common use of Bayer Development Process Clause in Contracts

Bayer Development Process. The effects of any termination of the relevant Target Program by Compugen against Bayer due to violation of diligence obligations will be limited to a right to terminate the relevant Target Program with the effects specified in Section 14.4 and with any other rights specifically on account of such violation of diligence obligations (such as damages, specific performance etc.) being excluded.
