Common use of BC Closing Clause in Contracts

BC Closing. All conditions precedent to the BC Closing shall have been satisfied or waived, as applicable, save and except for the release from escrow of all BC Documents delivered in connection with the BC Closing, [REDACTED] prior to the BC Closing as contemplated in Step 19 of Schedule 2.5 and the payment of the Cash Closing Amount (as defined in and under the BC Purchase Agreement).
