Common use of BC Hydro Representations Clause in Contracts

BC Hydro Representations. BC Hydro represents and warrants to PRFN and British Columbia, with the intent and understanding that they will be relied on by PRFN and British Columbia in entering into this Agreement, that: (a) it has the legal power, capacity and authority to enter into this Agreement and to carry out its obligations under this Agreement; (b) this Agreement is a valid and legally binding obligation of BC Hydro; and (c) all necessary actions have been taken to authorize the execution of this Agreement, including the authorization of the individual signing this Agreement.
