Common use of BCBSM Access to Records Clause in Contracts

BCBSM Access to Records. BCBSM represents that BCBSM Members, by contract, have authorized Provider to release to BCBSM information and records, including but not limited to all medical and other information relating to their care and treatment. Provider will release patient information and records within 30 days of the request by BCBSM to enable BCBSM to process claims and for prepayment or postpayment review of medical records and equipment, as related to claims filed.
