BECOMING A PARTY OR PERMITTED TRANSFER OF COMMON SHARES. In the case of any permitted transfer of Common Shares, no Shareholder shall transfer any of such Shareholder’s shares unless the transferee is already or becomes a party to this Agreement upon completion of the applicable transaction.
