Before and After School Duties Sample Clauses

The "Before and After School Duties" clause defines the responsibilities of staff members regarding supervision or activities that occur outside of regular school hours. Typically, this clause outlines which staff are required to supervise students before classes begin in the morning and after classes end in the afternoon, and may specify the duration, frequency, or nature of these duties, such as monitoring hallways, playgrounds, or bus areas. Its core function is to ensure student safety and adequate supervision during times when students are present on school grounds but not engaged in formal instruction, thereby addressing potential gaps in oversight and clarifying staff obligations.
