Before Initial Plan Amendment Date. With respect to claims incurred prior to the Initial Plan Amendment Date, Retiree Medical Benefits for the Class and the Covered Group shall be provided in accordance with the Newco Plan. The payment by Newco and/or the Newco Plan of Retiree Medical Benefits for claims incurred prior to the Initial Plan Amendment Date shall not reduce Newco’s payment obligations to the New Plan and the New VEBA under this Settlement Agreement.
