Common use of Before the Exchange Date Clause in Contracts

Before the Exchange Date. in the case of interest falling due before the Exchange Date (as defined below), to the extent that a certificate or certificates of non-US beneficial ownership in the form required by the Fiscal Agent, issued by Euroclear Bank SA/NV (Euroclear) and/or Clearstream Banking, S.A. (Clearstream, Luxembourg and, together with Euroclear, the relevant Clearing Systems) dated not earlier than the date on which such interest falls due is delivered to the Fiscal Agent; or

Before the Exchange Date. in the case of interest falling due before the Exchange Date (as defined below), to the extent that a certificate or certificates of non-US beneficial ownership in the form required by the Fiscal Agent, issued by Euroclear Bank SA/NV S.A./N.V. (Euroclear) and/or Clearstream Banking, S.A. société anonyme, Luxembourg (Clearstream, Luxembourg and, together with Euroclear, the relevant Clearing Systems) dated not earlier than the date on which such interest falls due is delivered to the Fiscal Principal Paying Agent; or
