Common use of Before the Final Acceptance Clause in Contracts

Before the Final Acceptance. of the Project, the Contractor shall submit to the Project Manager certain records, certifications, etc., which are specified elsewhere in these Contract Documents. Missing, incomplete, or unacceptable items, as determined by the Project Manager or Owner, shall constitute grounds for withholding Final Payment to the Contractor.
