Beginning the Audit Clause Samples
The 'Beginning the Audit' clause defines the procedures and requirements for initiating an audit under the agreement. It typically outlines how and when an audit can be started, such as by providing advance written notice to the party being audited and specifying the permitted times or circumstances for the audit to occur. This clause ensures that both parties understand the process for commencing an audit, thereby preventing disputes and ensuring transparency in the enforcement of compliance or verification of obligations.
