BEIJING MIYUAN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CO. LTD., a wholly foreign owned enterprise established under the laws of the PRC, with the registered address at South of 04-00 & 01, 00X, Xx.00 Xxxxxx Xxxx, Chaoyang District, Beijing (the “Lender”).
