The Participant is required to report any securities (e.g., shares of Common Stock acquired under the Plan) or bank accounts established outside of Belgium on his or her annual tax return. In a separate report, Belgium residents are also required to provide the National Bank of Belgium with the account details of any such foreign accounts (including the account number, bank name and country in which any such account was opened). The Participant should consult a personal tax advisor with respect to the applicable reporting obligations.
