Bench Testing Phase. The Licensee shall complete bench testing with each of the Technologies on or before the FOURTH (4th) anniversary of the Effective Date (the “Testing”) for two technologies. The Testing is intended to define the assumptions for design assumptions for the construction and operation of a demonstration scale pilot facility.
