Common use of Beneficial Interests in Restricted Global Securities to Unrestricted Definitive Securities Clause in Contracts

Beneficial Interests in Restricted Global Securities to Unrestricted Definitive Securities. A holder of a beneficial interest in a Restricted Global Security may exchange such beneficial interest for an Unrestricted Definitive Security or may transfer such beneficial interest to a Person who takes delivery thereof in the form of an Unrestricted Definitive Security only if:

Beneficial Interests in Restricted Global Securities to Unrestricted Definitive Securities. A Subject to Section 2.4 hereof, a holder of a beneficial interest in a Restricted Global Security may exchange such beneficial interest for an Unrestricted Definitive Security or may transfer such beneficial interest to a Person who takes delivery thereof in the form of an Unrestricted Definitive Security only ifif the Registrar receives the following:

Beneficial Interests in Restricted Global Securities to Unrestricted Definitive Securities. A holder of a beneficial interest in a Restricted Global Security may exchange such beneficial interest for an Unrestricted Definitive Security or may transfer such beneficial interest to a Person who takes delivery thereof in the form of an Unrestricted Definitive Security only ifif the Registrar receives the following:

A If any of the conditions set forth in Section 2.06(a) hereof have been met and a holder of a beneficial interest in a Restricted Global Security may proposes to exchange such beneficial interest for an Unrestricted Definitive Security or may transfer such beneficial interest to a Person who takes delivery thereof in the form of an Unrestricted Definitive Security only ifif the Registrar receives the following:

A If any of the conditions set forth in Section 2.06(a) hereof have been met and a holder of a beneficial interest in a Restricted Global Security may proposes to exchange such beneficial interest for an Unrestricted Definitive Security or may transfer such beneficial interest to a Person who takes delivery thereof in the form of an Unrestricted Definitive Security only if:

A holder of a beneficial interest in a Restricted Global Security may exchange such beneficial interest for an Unrestricted Definitive Security or may transfer such beneficial interest to a Person who takes delivery thereof in the form of an Unrestricted Definitive Security only upon the occurrence of any of the events in subsection (i) or (ii) of Section 209(a) hereof and if:
