Common use of Beneficial Ownership Certificate Clause in Contracts

Beneficial Ownership Certificate. Delivery by each Initial Borrower that qualifies as a “legal entity customer” under the Beneficial Ownership Regulation, to each Lender that so requests, a Beneficial Ownership Certification in relation to such Person;

Beneficial Ownership Certificate. Delivery by each Initial such Additional Borrower that qualifies as a “legal entity customer” under the Beneficial Ownership Regulation, (i) to each Lender that so requests, a Beneficial Ownership Certification in relation to such Person; and (ii) such other information that may be reasonably requested by any Lender in order for such Lender to be compliant with any applicable “know your customer” obligations imposed by applicable laws or regulations;;
