Beneficial Ownership Information. (q) Applicable Borrowers shall provide Administrative Agent with prompt written notice of any changes to the beneficial ownership information set out on the CDD Attestation delivered to Administrative Agent by the Initial Borrower on the Closing Date (and with respect to any other applicable Borrower, the date such Borrower joins the Credit Agreement pursuant to Section 6.3). Borrowers understand and acknowledge that Administrative Agent and the Lenders rely on such true, accurate and up-to-date beneficial ownership information to meet Administrative Agent’s and the Lenders’ regulatory obligations to obtain, verify and record information about the beneficial owners of its legal entity customers.
