Except as provided by the preceding sentence, a certificate for the shares as to which the Option is exercised shall be registered in the name of the Participant, or, if applicable, Participant in the names share register of the heirs Company as the holder of the Participantsuch shares of Stock, or (b) by any other means permitted by applicable law or regulation.
