Common use of Beneficiaries of Payments Clause in Contracts

Beneficiaries of Payments. If the Executive shall die before receiving all payments to be made by the Company to him pursuant to any of the provisions of this Agreement, all such payments or any remaining payments, as the case may be, shall be made by the Company to such beneficiary or beneficiaries as the Executive may designate from time to time by notice in writing filed with the Company, or if the Executive shall fail or fail effectively to designate a beneficiary, or if no beneficiary shall survive the date when the last payment is to be made, any remaining payments shall be made to the Executive’s estate.
