Common use of Beneficiary Designation/Release of Information/Right to Reimbursement Clause in Contracts

Beneficiary Designation/Release of Information/Right to Reimbursement. Without limiting the provisions of Section 2.7 or Section 3.2(c) or other provisions of this Agreement, to the extent permitted by applicable Law and except as otherwise provided for in this Agreement, all beneficiary designations, authorizations for the release of Information and rights to reimbursement made by or relating to TransCo Employees under Entergy Benefit Arrangements shall be transferred to and be in full force and effect under the corresponding ITC Benefit Arrangements until such beneficiary designations, authorizations or rights are replaced or revoked by, or no longer apply, to the relevant TransCo Employee.
