CIN, You, Your Providers, and other individuals or entities performing functions or services related to CIN Activities, are prohibited from providing gifts or other remuneration to beneficiaries as inducements for receiving items or services except as permitted by applicable law, including applicable waivers provided under the MSSP as implemented by CIN Policies.
