Beneficiary Owner. A Subject Property Owner who is not a Qualified Owner, and who acquires title to the Subject Property as the result of the death of the deceased Subject Property Owner, whether though joint tenancy, a will, the intestacy provisions of the Colorado probate code or other applicable law, or the provisions of an Estate Planning Entity.
