Beneficiary's Consent Sample Clauses
Beneficiary's Consent. Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, in any instance hereunder where Beneficiary's approval or consent is required or the exercise of Beneficiary's judgment is required, the granting or denial of such approval or consent and the exercise of such judgment shall be within the sole discretion of Beneficiary, and Beneficiary shall not for any reason or to any extent be required to grant such approval or consent or exercise such judgment in any particular manner regardless of the reasonableness of either the request or Beneficiary's judgment.
Beneficiary's Consent. Nothing in this Article III shall ever be construed as (a) allowing any Lease without Beneficiary's prior written consent unless otherwise permitted under the Agreement, or (b) subordinating this Deed of Trust to any Lease.
