BENEFICIARY'S RIGHT TO PERFORM GRANTOR'S OBLIGATIONS. Grantor ---------------------------------------------------- agrees that, if Grantor fails to perform any act or to pay any money which Grantor is required to perform or pay under the Loan Documents, Beneficiary may make the payment or perform the act at the cost and expense of Grantor and in Grantor's name or in its own name. Any money paid by Beneficiary under this Section 11.05 shall be reimbursed to Beneficiary in accordance with Section 11.06.

Any money paid by Beneficiary under this Section 11.05 1.15 shall be reimbursed to Beneficiary in accordance with Section 11.063.10 hereof.
