Common use of Benefit and Binding Nature Clause in Contracts

Benefit and Binding Nature. This Guaranty is a continuing guaranty of payment and shall (a) remain in full force and effect until irrevocable payment in full of the Guaranteed Obligations and all other amounts payable hereunder, (b) be binding upon each Guarantor, such Guarantor’s personal representatives, executors, administrators, heirs, distributees and successors and assigns, and (c) inure to the benefit of and be enforceable by Xxxxxx and its respective successors and assigns.
