Common use of Benefit of Accounts; Xxxxxxxx and Withdrawals Clause in Contracts

Benefit of Accounts; Xxxxxxxx and Withdrawals. The Series 2017-2 Accounts and all cash, money, securities, investments, financial assets and other property deposited in or credited to them will be held by the Indenture Trustee as secured party for the benefit of the 2017-2 Secured Parties and, after payment in full of the Series 2017-2 Notes and the release of the Series 2017-2 Accounts from the Lien of this Indenture Supplement, as agent of the Issuer and as part of the Trust Property. All deposits to and withdrawals from the Series 2017-2 Accounts will be made according to the Series 2017-2 Transaction Documents.

The Series 20172018-2 Accounts and all cash, money, securities, investments, financial assets and other property deposited in or credited to them will be held by the Indenture Trustee as secured party for the benefit of the 20172018-2 Secured Parties and, after payment in full of the Series 20172018-2 Notes and the release of the Series 20172018-2 Accounts from the Lien of this Indenture Supplement, as agent of the Issuer and as part of the Trust Property. All deposits to and withdrawals from the Series 20172018-2 Accounts will be made according to the Series 20172018-2 Transaction Documents.

All deposits to and withdrawals from the Series 20172019-2 Accounts will be made according to the Series 20172019-2 Transaction Documents.
