Benefit of Agent. All Liens granted or contemplated hereby shall be for the benefit of Agent, on behalf of itself, and all proceeds or payments realized from Pledged Collateral in accordance herewith shall be applied to the Secured Obligations in accordance with the terms of the Loan Agreement.
