Benefit of Agreement; Third-Party Beneficiary. This Agreement is for the benefit of and will be binding on the parties to this Agreement and their permitted successors and assigns. The Owner Trustee will be a third-party beneficiary of this Agreement and may enforce this Agreement against the Administrator. No other Person will have any right or obligation under this Agreement.
