Common use of Benefit of Article VIII Clause in Contracts

Benefit of Article VIII. The provisions of this Article (other than the following Section 8.9) are intended solely for the benefit of Administrative Agent and Lenders, and no Related Person shall be entitled to rely on any such provision or assert any such provision in a claim or defense against Administrative Agent or any Lender. Administrative Agent and Majority Lenders may waive or amend such provisions (other than the following Section 8.9) as they desire without any notice to or consent of Borrower or any Related Person.
