Common use of Benefit of Article XI Clause in Contracts

Benefit of Article XI. The provisions of this Article (other than the following Section 11.8) are intended solely for the benefit of Agent, BNPLC and Participants, and NAI shall not be entitled to rely on any such provision or assert any such provision in a claim or defense against Agent, BNPLC or any Participant. Agent, BNPLC and Participants may waive or amend such provisions as they desire without any notice to or consent of NAI.
