Common use of Benefit of Assignees or Pledgees Clause in Contracts

Benefit of Assignees or Pledgees. The Town agrees that this Agreement is executed in part to induce assignees or pledgees to provide financing for improvements by or on behalf of the Developer within the District and accordingly all covenants and agreements on the part of the Town as to the amounts payable hereunder are hereby declared to be for the benefit of any such assignee or pledgee from time to time of the Developer’s right, title and interest herein.

Benefit of Assignees or Pledgees. The Town City agrees that this Agreement is executed in part to induce secured parties, assignees or pledgees to provide financing for improvements by or on behalf of the Developer within the District Project and accordingly all covenants and agreements on the part of the Town City as to the amounts payable hereunder are hereby declared to be for the benefit of any such secured parties, assignee or pledgee from time to time of the Developer’s right, title and interest herein.

Benefit of Assignees or Pledgees. The Town agrees that this Agreement is executed in part to induce assignees or pledgees to provide assist the Developer in obtaining financing for improvements by or on behalf of the Developer within the District Project and accordingly all covenants and agreements on the part of the Town as to the amounts payable hereunder are hereby declared to be for the benefit of any such assignee or pledgee from time to time of the Developer’s 's right, title and interest herein.

The Town agrees that this Agreement is executed in part to induce assignees or pledgees to provide assist the Company in obtaining financing for improvements by or on behalf of the Developer within the District Project and accordingly all covenants and agreements on the part of the Town as to the amounts payable hereunder are hereby declared to be for the benefit of any such assignee or pledgee from time to time of the Developer’s Company's right, title and interest herein.

The Town agrees that this Agreement is executed in part to induce assignees or pledgees to provide financing for improvements by or on behalf of the Developer within the District Project and accordingly all covenants and agreements on the part of the Town as to the amounts payable hereunder are hereby declared to be for the benefit of any such assignee or pledgee pledge from time to time of the Developer’s Xxxxxxx'x right, title and interest herein.

The Town agrees that this Agreement is executed in part to induce assignees or pledgees to provide financing for improvements by or on behalf of the Developer Rynel within the District and accordingly all covenants and agreements on the part of the Town as to the amounts payable hereunder are hereby declared to be for the benefit of any such assignee or pledgee from time to time of the Developer’s Rynel's right, title and interest herein.

The Town City agrees that this Agreement is executed in part to induce assignees or pledgees to provide financing for improvements by or on behalf of the Developer within the District and accordingly all covenants and agreements on the part of the Town City as to the amounts payable hereunder are hereby declared to be for the benefit of any such assignee or pledgee from time to time of the Developer’s right, title and interest herein.

The Town City agrees that this Agreement is executed in part to induce assignees or pledgees to provide financing for improvements by or on behalf of the Developer Developers within the District and accordingly all covenants and agreements on the part of the Town City as to the amounts payable hereunder are as hereby declared to be for the benefit of any such assignee or pledgee from time to time of the Developer’s Developers’ right, title and interest herein.
