Common use of Benefit of Indenture Clause in Contracts

Benefit of Indenture. Nothing in the Indenture or this Third Supplemental Indenture or in the Securities, express or implied, shall give to any Person, other than the parties hereto, any Security Registrar, any Paying Agent, and their successors hereunder, and the Holders of the Securities, any benefit or any legal or equitable right, remedy or claim hereunder or under the Indenture.
