Common use of Benefit of Lease Agreement Clause in Contracts

Benefit of Lease Agreement. This Lease Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and shall be binding upon the Issuer and the Company and their respective successors and assigns. Except as stated herein, nothing in this Lease Agreement or in the Bond Indenture or the Bonds, express or implied, shall give to any Person, other than the parties hereto and their successors and assigns, any benefit or any legal or equitable right, remedy or claim under this Lease Agreement.
